At the Center for Family Research, we put families and their well-being at the center of everything we do. Through our highly regarded research and program design, our dedicated faculty and staff work to investigate risk, resilience, and physical and mental health among Black Americans and turn our insights into prevention programs for communities across the state of Georgia and around the country. 

By collaborating with local communities, we have developed prevention programs that are community based and family friendly. These programs have been proven to strengthen families and empower youth to overcome the barriers that families and youth can experience.
